Additional Information
Reparations & Rematriation for Black-Indigenous Farmers
The food system was built on the stolen land and stolen labor of Indigenous, Black, Latinx, Asian and people of color. We are claiming our sovereignty and calling for rematriation of land and reparations of resources so that we can grow nourishing food and distribute it in our communities and reconnect the original peoples back to our ancestral homelands. The specific projects and resource needs of BIPOC land-based projects are listed here. We are so excited about this powerful opportunity for people to people solidarity. It’s simple. If you have resources, contact the project directly to share.
Please contact us at [email protected] with your reparations success stories so we can celebrate this healing work with you.
